737 Cabin Sections You Can Ship Anywhere
These cabin modules are cut from a retired Boeing 737-500 airframe. Genuine Boeing parts throughout. Two separate sections, each about 18' long, 7' wide, and 8.5' tall in transport config, roughly 1,200 lbs apiece.
They roll on casters once they're on the ground. Stabilizer bars come off when you need a clear floor for dolly moves.
-
Passenger cabin scenes
Shoot dialogue rows, boarding chaos, or quiet moments at altitude. Overhead bins and sidewall panels stay in. Add seats from our inventory to match your airline look.
-
Emergency and crash beats
Open layout lets rigging and FX work the set without fighting a full fuselage. Pair with cut-up debris from our 737 inventory when the script goes sideways.
-
Action inside the tube
Hostage sequences, fights in the aisle, and rapid evacuations all play better when the walls and bins are real aircraft parts, not foam and paint.
Economy and Business Looks From One Inventory
We carry factory-new 737-800 Max ship sets that never flew. One leather set in blue seats about 180 passengers. A red and grey cloth set covers another 180 with bulkhead trays but no IFE panels.
Business class leather sets seat 28 across 14 two-seat units. Skeleton frames, galleys, lavs, and crated overhead bins are available when you're building a custom layout.
-
737-800 Max seating in stock
Blue full-leather sets with seat-back entertainment panels. Red/grey cloth sets without IFE. Both at 58" wide x 25" deep x 46" tall per triple seat unit.
-
Everything moves
Seats, galleys, lavatories, and bins install and remove. Start bare for a cargo look or pack it for a full load. Galley service carts rent at $300/month each.
Run One Section or Both
Each 18' module travels on a standard flatdeck or inside a shipping container for overseas work. Forklift offload on arrival, then roll into position on a soundstage or practical location.
Some productions rent both and join them for a longer cabin run. Others keep one on stage and one on a second unit. Your call.
-
Flatdeck or container
North American and international shipping is routine for us. Dimensions above are transport config. We send lift and offload notes with every quote.
-
Ground-level placement
Casters and removable stabilizers mean you're not crane-dependent for every move inside a stage. Art department gets flat floor when the bars come off.
Crew Support on Rental
FlightFlix has moved cabin sections for feature films, series, and commercials for 15+ years. We know what production managers need: clear weights, door sizes, and realistic delivery windows.
Reach out with dates and location. We'll confirm which seating and galley packages fit your section count.
-
Up to 180+ per seat set
Two complete economy ship sets in inventory. Mix with business class rows when the script jumps cabins.
-
IFE on leather sets
Blue leather rows include seat-back entertainment panels for modern airline coverage without adding foam mockups.
-
Factory-new bins and galleys
20 overhead bins in crated storage. Multiple galley and lav configurations from the same 737-800 interior buy. Ask what's free on your dates.
737 cabin modules when you need a real interior, not a build.
Most of our cabin work ships in days, not months. You've got overhead bins, sidewalls, and optional seating from the same pool we use on full fuselage jobs. If you're comparing against a scenic build, run the numbers on labor and time. These sections are usually faster to picture.

Tips for Successful Filming
- Plan ahead: Walk us through your shot list early. We can tell you which sections fit, what lighting is already wired, and what rigging you'll need on the day.
- Talk to the art department: Seats, galleys, and bins come out. If you need a specific layout, send a floor plan and we'll prep before delivery.
- Scout the load-in: These are heavy pieces. Confirm forklift or crane access, door widths, and stage height before you lock dates.
- Build in setup time: Most crews want a full day to dress the set and run lighting before actors step in. Budget for that.
- Match the story: A 737 reads as a 737 on camera. Use the real doors, bins, and galley carts. That's what you're renting this for.
Shipping and Logistics
FlightFlix handles transport planning for film and TV shoots across North America. We load on flatdecks or into containers, coordinate permits where needed, and can deliver multiple sections to different locations if your schedule calls for it.
Each section ships with lifting points and steel framing where noted on the tech sheet. Tell us your location and dates and we'll quote delivery, placement, and pickup.
